Paul Simon’s “Graceland”

I gathered up these notes during the first few minutes of class and man that was something! I was replaying the video over and over to get some content written down and well.. see for your self 

• Paul Simon is an American Musician
• He heard music that he didn’t recognize but soon fell in love with
• Music is the closest thing to religion and if used correctly:
• Can bring people together 
• “Graceland” has a deep connection towards anybody and everybody who can relate to it
• The Cordion brought him closer to South African music
• He was crazy enough to mix pop music with South African music (controversial)
