Richard Cory response

The poem written by Richard Cory was quite interesting and unique. The way the wording was set up was what made it unique. I would have never thought of using those words. The tone of the poem is to make the audience feel suspenseful and with a ending to reflect on. I think the theme of the story is that even though we are normal human beings and act a certain way when people are watching, in the end, we all have problems and situations we want to confront or get away from. In this case, Richard Cory decided to "run away" by ending his life...
